We use your mobile number to send appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates, and to respond when you text us to confirm, cancel, or reschedule an appointment. We do not use your mobile number for marketing or promotional messages unless you separately consent.
We do not share your mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our text messaging program (such as our messaging platform), solely so they can perform services on our behalf, and with others only as required by law or to protect our rights.

Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment activity (for example, reminders before scheduled visits and replies to messages you send us).

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone plan.
Opting out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact our office at 205.926.5588.
