By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Norris Chiropractic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Program description
Norris Chiropractic offers an appointment text messaging program. Through this program we send appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates, and you can reply to confirm, cancel, or request to reschedule an appointment without calling the office. Our staff will respond to your texts to help coordinate your appointment.

How to opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages by giving your verbal consent when you speak with our office, or by providing your mobile number and consent on our patient forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or any purchase.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment activity.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone plan. Norris Chiropractic does not charge for the text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you opt back in. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again through our office.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the text messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
